Madonna 'spends tens of thousands' to host 'epic' bash in Italy for 64th birthday

Madonna has reportedly spent thousands on flying her friends and family to Italy to celebrate her 64th birthday.

The Material Girl singer turns 64 on August 16 and has spent time preparing for a lavish bash at the Palazzo Castelluccio in Sicily, Italy.

She has been in the gorgeous country with her children to celebrate her son Rocco's 22nd birthday as well.
