Madonna has reportedly listed the Californian mansion that she bought from the Weeknd for sale for $26m (£20m).
The 63-year-old pop icon purchased the 12,000-sq-ft estate, based in the exclusive Hidden Hills neighbourhood, in April 2021 for $19.3m (£15m).
The seven-bedroom mansion boasts a two-storey wall of windows, an infinity saltwater pool and spa and an orange basketball court.
In addition, the property also features a climate-controlled glass wine cellar, a theatre room and a five-car garage.
R&B star The Weeknd, real name Abel Tesfaye, paid $18.2m for the property in 2017.
Madonna has reportedly listed the property with Trevor Wright of The Beverly Hills Estates, who also represented the singer in her purchase of the property last April.
If the home sells at the listed price, it will become the most expensive property sale in Hidden Hills this year.
The current crown belongs to an 8,600-square-foot home that sold for $18.15 million in February, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
One of the bestselling artists of all-time, Madonna has released 14 studio albums over the last four decades and won seven Grammys. Her hits include “Material Girl,” “Like a Prayer” and “Holiday.”
