Madonna shared a cryptic post on her Instagram stories on Tuesday night as reports emerged she has split up from her toyboy boyfriend Ahlamalik Williams, 28, after three years of dating.
The singer, 63, sent tongues wagging as she shared a post about karma alongside a racy snap of her derriere in Dior tights and wearing a belt which said f**k you alongside the caption: "I mean it".
It was said Madonna ended her relationship with Ahlamalik because they were finding it "hard to keep their romance alight" with their separate work projects.
And the Vogue hitmaker left her fans guessing if she was seemingly hinting at the end of her three-year relationship on Instagram.
Madonna uploaded a quote which read: "Karma said: when somebody in your life is not right for you god will continuously use them to hurt you until you become strong enough to let them go".
Madonna began dating Ahlamalik in 2019, four years after meeting him on her Rebel Heart tour. At the time, he was one of the dancers on tour with her.
As reports of their break-up emerged, a source told The Sun : "Madonna has thrown herself into a busy social life and has been seeing her friends and family after the split.
"She has a packed schedule, working on her upcoming biopic, new music and looking after her family, things have been on and off with Ahlamalik for a while. There’s a lot of love but for now they have decided to separate.
“They are still on good terms and there are no hard feelings but they are at different places with their lives, they spent months together on tour and in lockdown, but now he has moved out of her home."
Mirror Online has contacted Madonna's representatives for comment.
During their low-profile relationship, she helped him land a deal with Stella McCartney. He even attempted to launch his own music career with the help of his girlfriend.
His father previously talked about their relationship and said he believed that she will 'help produce his music'.
He told The Sun at the time: "I believe too, in my heart of hearts, that she will help produce his music once this tour is over.
“She’s going to stick with him because of the talent he has."
His dad, Drue, even gave his blessing to the couple and said he was 'happy for them'.
As well as a dancer, Ahlamalik is a songwriter, too.
