Madonna, 63, has been ruffling a few feathers on social media once again.
The Queen of Pop's love of posting scantily clad snaps on Instagram over recent weeks has irritated some of her followers - with even rapper Nelly telling the much-loved icon to 'cover up' last month.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, the mum-of-six seemingly issued a defiant message to her critics - at one point telling her followers: "Don't f**k with me!"
Sharing some updates as she got her roots done and blonde hair refreshed, Madonna posted a collection of stunning snaps with her 17.6million followers.
After playing around with Balenciaga, Chanel and Prada branded balaclavas and fun filters, the trend-setting star then showed off her new tresses online.
"I'm sure I don't have stupid written across my forehead," the award-winning singer captioned one close-up shot of herself, as she posed with an unimpressed expression across her face.
Another snap saw the Madonna get close up to the camera, scrawling across the upload: "Don't f**k with me!"
A third offered fans a close up of her blonde roots, simply captioned: "Blonde Ambition."
Madonna's Instagram Stories spree comes after fans were split on her recent content on the app.
Over the weekend, the Hung Up singer shared some heavily filtered selfies with her followers, with some going on to claim that she "looks about 16" in the snaps.
Others questioned the 63-year-old possible use of editing tools and filters, with one asking the star: "Show us your real face please."
Filter or no filter, Madonna have been receiving a lot of unsolicited advice regarding her social media content of late.
The age-defying star's love of sharing sexy shots of herself enjoying life on her own Instagram page has provoked reactions from a few famous men over the past year.
Rapper 50 Cent ignited a feud with the Queen of Pop in November 2021, when the In Da Club singer shared a snap of the pop icon facedown on the floor with only her bum and legs hanging out from under a bed to his own page.
50 Cent claimed the image was the "funniest s**t" when sharing the picture of Madonna to his fans online.
"LOL. That’s Madonna under the bed trying to do like a virgin at 63. she shot out, if she don’t get her old ass up. LMFAO," the 46-year-old wrote last year.
The rapper - real name Curtis James Jackson III - quickly backtracked and apologised for his diss, after Madonna called him out over his comments.
His apology wasn't accepted - with Madonna claiming the Candy Shop singer's attempt to make amends was "invalid" and "fake".
"You were trying to shame me. You were trying to humiliate me," the pop icon told the rapper via an Instagram video.
"Yeah, your apology is fake. It’s bulls**t and it’s not valid."
