Madonna's 2026 VMAs performance sparked social media speculation about her appearance, including unverified claims about a Brazilian butt lift (BBL).

The singer returned to the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Sept. 27, performing at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. It was her first live VMA performance in 23 years.
