BHOPAL: The four leopards that are refusing to give up their territory in the soon-to-be cheetah land, Kuno National Park in MP, are turning out to be the biggest hurdle in the reintroduction of cheetahs in India.
The wily cats have thwarted every attempt by the MP forest department and Wildlife Institute of India to capture them and relocate them outside the fenced off enclosure specially made for acclimatization of the cheetahs once they are brought from South Africa.
