BHOPAL: Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Union minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, state BJP chief VD Sharma and home minister Narottam Mishra left together for Hyderabad on Saturday afternoon to join the BJP national executive meeting being held in Hyderabad. Other party leaders from the state including Union minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Faggan Singh Kulaste, party national general secretary Kailash Vijayavargiya also reached Hyderabad for the two-day national executive.
However, chief minister Chouhan along with VD Sharma and Narottam Mishra cut-short their visit and returned to the state capital by late evening. This is mainly because of the ongoing panchayat and urban civic body polls in the state. Chief minister Chouhan is scheduled to campaign for party candidates in Bhopal, Jabalpur, Singrauli and Gwalior on Sunday.
