Singularity Equity Fund I, a PMS equity fund managed by ace investor Madhusudan Kela and mentored by Singularity AMC, has bought over 5 lakh shares of material handling equipment maker TIL through a bulk deal.
According to data from Trendlyne, the fund purchased 5.27 lakh shares of the company at an average price of Rs 223.72 apiece, taking the total transaction value to Rs 11.78 crore. Notably, the deal was executed at a price nearly 15% lower than TIL’s closing price of Rs 262.48 apiece on Wednesday.
