Madden NFL 24 gave fans their new look at the top rankings for their favorite players on the impending video game installment.
While some fans are undoubtedly thrilled to see their favorite players ranked among the top echelon of NFL talents, others are peeved beyond measure that their favorite players are seemingly undervalued by Madden game developers.
Well, that frustration usually centers around the quarterbacks over all else, and even Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson isn’t all too happy with how the game ranks him among his fellow signal callers.
While Madden scores are ultimately pointless as to how actual NFL games go, it’s still something that folks pay attention to yearly when thinking about their favorite players.
Well, we’ve got some reactions from the NFL world about this new set of rankings (mainly centered on the quarterbacks, naturally).
Are you about to write a sternly worded letter to EA Games about how these rankings shake out? You might find some kindred spirits within this list, which includes Jackson’s take on the top-10 quarterback list.
Oh yeah, people aren't thrilled with some of these ratings.
Imma just move it to a 99 wen I get the game🌚🤣💜💜 https://t.co/K20DuCnwet

Not only is #TrevorLawrence outside of the Top-3 — he’s outside of the Top-10.
This may be the most egregious #Madden rating and ranking in the game’s history.#DUUUVAL https://t.co/mpCSeIkV4Z

I’m happy with these ratings, but the disrespect to Jalen Hurts is insane, should be a minimum of 92! https://t.co/37Q1NCm44m

As of today, the Madden NFL player ratings have lost all consistency.
When they evaluated the CB position the other day, they clearly added weight for veteran status like Jalen Ramsey & Darius Slay.
Now, at QB, Aaron Rodgers was the MVP the season before last.
He’s an 86??? https://t.co/BebbOpFBM7
