Fukuoka: Researchers have created a framework that employs machine learning to accelerate the discovery of materials for green energy technologies. Using the novel technique, they identified and successfully synthesised two new candidate materials for application in solid oxide fuel cells, which are devices that generate electricity from non-carbon-emitting fuels such as hydrogen.
