Toll charges are set to increase from the beginning of July - and the M50 will see an increase of up to 30c per vehicle on current prices.
The Port Tunnel will be unaffected by the changes which are being put in place across Ireland. But on the M50 there will be increases for all vehicles categories regardless of the method of payment.
For a car that will mean tolls will go from €3.20 for an unregistered vehicle up to €3.50. For those with video tolling it will go from €2.70 to 2.90 and tagged cars will increase 20c from €2.10 to €2.30.
According to TII it is the first increase for vehicles with tags for ten years, RTE reports. The toll increases are being introduced following a six month deferment by the Government.
