A collision on the M50 on Monday resulted in a truck driver being rushed to hospital.
The HGV crashed into the central median on the M50 southbound at junction 9 Red Cow at approximately 9:20 pm.
The driver was treated at Tallaght Hospital following the crash.
The M50 southbound was closed for several hours with diversions in place, but it has since reopened.
A Garda spokesman said: "Gardai and emergency services attended the scene of a road traffic collision at Junction 9 on the M50 Southbound in Dublin yesterday evening January 17, 2022, at approximately 9.20pm.
"An articulated truck collided with the central media on the motorway. The driver of the truck has later taken to Tallaght Hospital to receive treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
"The M50 Southbound was closed for a number of hours during the night but has since re-opened."
