A series of 'abnormal loads' are set to cause disruption on key routes in the West Country this week, including in Bristol.
Multiple loads are being transported from the Swindon Honda plant to Avonmouth along the A419 and M4 tomorrow (Thursday, January 20) and at the weekend.
Police have warned motorists of congestion as they "won't be able to overtake."

The loads are being moved on the mornings of Thursday (January 20), Saturday (January 22) and Sunday (January 23).
They will be following the A361 Highworth Road, the A419 southbound and onto the M4 westbound to reach Avonmouth.
They will be escorted by police.
Wiltshire Police said in a statement: "Abnormal loads are likely to be slow moving and will potentially cause congestion in places where oncoming traffic will be required to pull in and wait for vehicles to pass. Traffic travelling behind the move will not be able to overtake.
"Wherever possible, disruption will be kept to a minimum although both hauliers and motorists are asked to please be patient should they come across said move. Anyone travelling over this period on time critical matters should allow enough additional time for their journey.
"Police escorting resources are being provided by officers and paid for by the haulier at no cost to the public."
The force did not state exactly what the abnormal loads are.
Swindon's Honda plant closed in July 2021 and the contents of the factory was put up for auction.
During its 35 years in production it made use of its links to Bristol Docks, Heathrow Airport and the UK automotive industry's supply based in the Midlands, BusinessLive reported.
