High street retailer Marks & Spencer has received more than 250 five-star reviews online for a 'stylish' pair of £45 leather trainers that look like £110 designer New Balance.
One shopper was on the lookout for New Balance trainers, but opted for the similar £45 M&S leather pair after spotting them online, reports Manchester Evening News.
A buyer has said wearing them is 'like walking on clouds'.

They're the M&S Collection Leather Lace Up Side Detail Trainers which come in six colours, with some sizes currently sold out online.
The retailer's description says: "Lace up these leather trainers to conquer the busy day ahead. We've designed them with a chunky sole to cushion every step.
"Contrasting side panels add a dash of detail. Insolia Flex® technology offers improved foot placement within the shoe for maximum comfort.
"Antibacterial padding keeps them feeling fresh. Made with responsibly sourced leather."
On the M&S website, the trainers have more than 250 five-star reviews.
One five-star reviewer said: "Comfortable trainers with leather for long lasting."
A second wrote: "Really comfortable leather trainers. [I] am 5 1/2 normally but bought 5 after reading review. Spot on, they were comfortable from the start. Bought the blue pair. Love the design and they look great on."
A third M&S shopper said: "True to size stylish, comfortable and well made. Very happy."
A fourth wrote: "Super comfortable, great colours - I now have two pairs!"
Somebody else said: "I have these trainers in another colour, they are very comfortable, and they look great with trousers for work."
Another five-star reviewer wrote: "I was about to buy a pair of New Balance trainers for £70 more when I saw these M&S ones online. They’re a similar style and colour and look really smart. The size is true and they’re really comfortable too. I haven’t always been impressed with M&S trainers but these have impressed me."
A further shopper added: "Like walking on clouds and so stylish! Bought them in the orange tones now need the blue tones too!!! Size down 1/2 size they’re very generous."
