Luxury hotel and spa near Edinburgh to be sold after owner announces retirement

The owner of a luxury hotel and spa on the outskirts of Edinburgh has placed their portfolio on the market.

Robert and Gina Parker, who own the Robert Parker Hotel Collection, have decided to retire, meaning the historic Dalhousie Castle & Aqueous Spa near Bonnyrigg, Midlothian, has been put up for sale.

Robert Parker also owns the Doxford Hall Hotel & Spa in Alnwick, Ednam House in Kelso and Eshott Hall at Morpeth, with all four properties having been brought to the market by Christie & Co, reports Insider.
