One of the UK’s most dilapidated houses is going on sale for nearly £800,000, but comes with crumbling walls, holes in the floor and rooms overflowing with rubbish.
The eight-bed property is set to go to auction on March 30 but was seemingly left a dumping ground by its previous owners.
In places the ceiling has collapsed, as abandoned bits of furniture are scattered throughout the house.
With a guide price of £795,000, the eight bedroom, three storey house in Harbourne, Birmingham comes with 0.4 acres of land.
But it requires significant renovation for any individual or family ambitious enough to take the challenge on.
If any brave Brits do want to view the property it's done at their "own risk" - it is advised they wear appropriate clothing and footwear and even bring a torch.
Bond Wolfe said: "Due to the condition of this Lot, the Auctioneers advise that appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn when viewing the property and a torch may also be required.
"Viewers must take extreme care and access is at the viewer's own risk and the Auctioneers accept no responsibility for any accidents or injuries."
In some rooms, what appears to be mould is growing on the walls and ceilings as wallpaper peels off.
The railing on the stairs has fallen down and bins appear to be in one of the reception rooms.
One window at the back of the house seems to be missing altogether as lace curtains appear to have been shredded and torn.
Wooden boards are patching up what appears to be holes in parts of the kitchen walls and in one of the upstairs rooms, some floorboards are missing altogether.
Other rooms are overflowing with junk and the garden outside is littered with rubbish.
