A luxurious penthouse suite has come on the market in a city centre apartment block that has famously been home to a bunch of Manchester City stars. The three-bed apartment, housed inside CitySuites Aparthotel on Chapel Street, is up for sale with a whopping £2,413,290 price tag - which has already gone up by £105,251 since it was first listed on Zoopla on April 20.
Sitting on the border of Salford and Manchester opposite Manchester Cathedral, CitySuites is where manager Pep Guardiola and some of his star players have been known to reside since its opening in 2017. The club are understood to have taken out two floors of the building for privately-owned apartments that are used for long-stay residents rather than hotel guests.
This particular 'SuperSuite' penthouse apartment has been chosen as our Property of the Week by our MEN property journalist. Each week we feature a different home that is up for grabs across our region, whether that be for its eye-catching interior, jaw-dropping price or sought-after location.
