A brand new £150million luxury neighbourhood is opening this week in Leeds.
The new neighbourhood Moda, New York Square, comprises 515 build-to-rent apartments across two 16-storey blocks and the waiting list to be a resident is growing day by day. The idea is to welcome "an exceptional new standard" to the city centre of Leeds.
Situated in the heart of Leeds’ cultural quarter at the "state-of-the-art" homes are powered by 100 per cent green electricity. Moda says each home is "beautifully designed", and comes either fully furnished or unfurnished and boasts high-spec tech.
