Michael Finley had nearly 1,000 steals in his terrific NBA career.
Now, add one more for the ex-forward, now VP of Basketball Operations for the Dallas Mavericks, who are off to the 2024 NBA Finals.
A video captured by Mavericks beat writer Grant Afseth showed Luka Doncic celebrating his monster game against the Minnesota Timberwolves with his dad. He was holding a beer, when Finley came over, casually took the brew, gave Doncic’s dad a hug and walked away.
The look on Doncic’s face was perfect, straight out of a sitcom, further proving Luka is the best and is quite hilarious.
