Luigi Mangione To Plead Not Guilty In Pennsylvania Charges

Luigi Mangione is set to plead not guilty to the charges he is facing in Pennsylvania, according to his defense attorney, Tom Dickey. This decision was announced following Mangione's extradition hearing.

During the hearing, Dickey stated, 'We’ve pled not guilty, at least to the charges in Pennsylvania. Like I said, I’m not aware of any actual charges in New York.' He further emphasized, 'I’m telling you as his lawyer, he didn’t have any representation until I got involved this afternoon. And I’m telling you he’s pleading not guilty.'
