Lucy Mecklenburgh has laughingly described being a mum of two as "absolute carnage".
The former The Only Way Is Essex star gave birth to daughter Lilah ten weeks ago, a sister to her two-year-old son Roman with actor Ryan Thomas.
And in an exclusive chat with Mirror Online, Lucy opened up about her growing family, with Ryan also dad to daughter Scarlett, 13.
"I was talking to Ryan about this, I was saying it's beautiful chaos," she said.
"I love it, there are so many gorgeous moments I just want to bottle up, when they're cuddling and kissing and you're all chilled, watching a movie together but then there's absolute carnage as you can imagine.
"Toys flying everywhere, I'm having to guard Lilah from getting a dinosaur in her face. "
Lucy, 30, had Roman in March 2020, days before the world went into lockdown in the coronavirus pandemic.
She credits her fiancé, former Coronation Street Ryan, 38, with helping her through and says this time around it's been easier.
"I actually found the transition from one to two easier than nought to one," she said.
"You're already getting less sleep and everything's a bit chaotic anyway, you're just adding to it.
"But I'm really enjoying it, I feel so lucky to have my little boy and little girl.
"They're so lovely together, Roman absolutely adores her.
"It's crazy but good crazy."
"Now Roman is two and a half I can have a proper conversation with him, I know his personality now and he just makes me laugh every single day," added the star.
"It's the milestones that are actually really rewarding, when Lilah did her first big smile at me and now she's looking around and giggling.
"When Roman was having full conversations with me.... I say conversations but it's more like demands: 'Mum I'd like a bagel now'.
"It is just lovely to see their little personalities grow, it is tough some days but it's very rewarding as well."
The influencer is careful to portray a realistic view of motherhood to her fans and has some sage advice for first time parents.
"In the beginning it is really tough and that's why it's important to show both sides on social media," she said.
"Everyone's going to have a different baby, a different birth, a different pregnancy.
"My biggest piece of advice would be to always go with your gut.
"You know your child better than anyone else and if something doesn't feel right, trust your instincts.
"And don't be afraid to ask for help - a lot of people feel very proud but I honestly feel it takes a village to bring up a child.
"Take all the support, take the food deliveries, the cups of coffees, the offer to have a shower or a nap."
Lucy says making time for self-care is a real treat nowadays, taking full advantage of her role as the UK haircare ambassador for Remington.
"I love being a mum but it's nice to sit at my dressing table, get glammed up and test out the products," she said.
"They really do work - I don't have time to style my hair every day so if it lasts the full day, the next and the day after that it's a bonus."
