Lucy Mecklenburgh has revealed her decision to return to exercising six weeks after giving birth to her daughter Lilah.
Former The Only Way Is Essex star Lucy, 30, shared her decision with her fans as she discussed how she waited six months after welcoming her son Roman to start working out again.
But, Lucy has insisted she is taking things slowly as she's starting off with walks and working her way into more intense exercises later down the line as she posted on her Instagram story.
The early-riser shared a video of herself walking in a pair of black trousers and slider sandals with a brown leather crossover body bag around her.
Lucy shared the time of her post as 6.15am and opened up to her 1.7million followers about returning to exercise.
She wrote: "Another day another walk!
"I'm 6 weeks PP With Roman I didn't exercise until around 6m pp but this time I feel ready to."
Mum-of-two Lucy explained: "I'm easing myself in with 1-2 walks a day.
"I've also prepped & batch cooked a few @rlw recipes to stop me constantly reaching for the biscuit tin!!," referring to her lifestyle company Results Wellness Lifestyle.
Lucy, who recently stunned in summery dress at the races, shares her son Roman, two, and six-week-old Lilah with her fiancé Ryan Thomas.
She is also a step mum to Ryan's daughter Scarlett, 13, who he shares with his Coronation Street star ex Tina O'Brien.
It comes after Lucy, who recently opened up about the 'demanding' few weeks she'd had, discussed how she was finding being a mum of two and described it as "beautiful chaos".
As she posted a series photos of herself spending time with both her children she opened up to fans in the caption.
Lucy wrote: "I cannot remember where I saw someone say this but it’s the perfect answer for when people ask me about the transition from 1-2 ‘Beautiful chaos’.
"Strangely I’ve found it easier than 0-1 I think for a few reasons I asked for help as with Roman it was lockdown & it just wasn’t an option. It’s not failing to ask for another pair of hands sometimes it’s b***dy essential!"
Mum Lucy admitted she feels different the second time around as she added: "I also think I’m are more relaxed, prepared and used to the craziness of family life.
"Lastly I think you have already accepted that perfection is impossible with kids! They may be sick over your favourite outfit, the washing pile will never end and the house will be tidy for the length of your toddlers nap time and that’s fine".
Lucy and Ryan welcomed their second child together in May. The couple called the tot Lilah. But, former TOWIE star Lucy recently admitted her fiancé had another name he loved, but it didn't make the cut.
When asked by a follower why they picked the name Lilah, Lucy said: "It's been on my very long list for ages.
"Ryan loved Delilah. We had a few names we tried but this one stuck! I also love the meaning."
