Lucy Letby: Inquiry into baby killing nurse to be strengthened, says health secretary

The inquiry into the case of killer nurse Lucy Letby is to be strengethened and made statutory, the Health Secretary has announced.

The move will grants the inquiry legal powers to compel witnesses, including both former and current staff of the Countess of Chester Hospital Trust, to provide evidence.
