Beloved TV presenter Lucy Kennedy was left "mortified" while attending a sex party for her new show, which delves into different ways of life in Ireland.
The former Ireland's Got Talent host, 46, donned a mask and met dominatrix as she filmed an episode of her documentary for Virgin Media, which looks at four subcultures in the country.
The star said that although she was "mortified" while at the party, she wanted to encourage open discussion around sex, and for viewers to avoid judging those who attend.
Lucy told RSVP Live: "I wore a mask and I didn’t know where to look. I was mortified and I spent a lot of time looking at my nails.
"I spent a lot of time with a dominatrix and I got to see what she does. There were a lot of water cooler moments.
"But it is not a sleazy documentary, it is about real life and real people in Ireland in 2022. Nobody should judge anyone I spent time with them because they are not hurting or harming anyone, they are just doing their own thing."
The mum-of-three added that sex parties take place in every county in Ireland, and it's important to open up the conversation about intimacy, as well as educate young people.
A woman with many feathers to her bow, documentaries aren't the only thing Lucy has her sights on.
In January she expressed interest in hosting the Irish version of the Masked Singer – if it comes to the country.
The costume-themed celebrity talent show has been a massive success in both the UK and America.
The chat show host told Irish Mirror: "I think it is brilliant. I think the Got Talent format is gone but I think the Masked Singer I know is a big hit.
"I just think it is brilliant. If that comes to Ireland, I want to be all over that."
At the end of last year, X Factor judge Louis Walsh also said the show should come to Ireland.
The Masked Singer's spin-off show, The Masked Dancer, returned on Saturday, with Jesse Metcalfe the first singer to get the axe.
The show’s host Joel Dommett appeared alongside the illustrious panel including newcomer Peter Crouch, Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Oti Mabuse, who are tasked with guessing the celebrity identities.
As the show returned, fans were keen to work out who's behind the masks with a record number of 13 celebrities taking part in this series. Costumes include Pearly King, Pillar and Post – the first ever duo – Scissors and several more.
In the first edition, Candlestick, Scissors, Astronaut, Odd Socks, Prawn Cocktail and Pillar and Post took to the stage – with Candlestick, Astronaut and Pillar and Post dancing it out for survival.
Ultimately the judges chose to axe Astronaut, prompting the chants of 'Take it off, take it off', before the Desperate Housewives star revealed he was behind the mask.
