Arsenal have been told what they must pay to sign Lucas Paqueta from Lyon this summer.
ESPN previously stated that several huge players in the international market, including the likes of PSG, Manchester City and Arsenal, are interested in Paqueta. However, talks between those clubs and the player's representatives have failed to advance thus far.
It's also been said that Paqueta has completely adapted to France and is comfortable in Lyon, thus he won't force a departure at this moment in time. Plus, as his contract doesn't run out until 2025, the Ligue 1 club are in a very strong position moving forward.
