Hands up whoever took dating advice from a magazine? Let’s not be afraid to admit that most of us have read issues of Cosmopolitan as if it’s the law on dating – but take comfort in the fact that you are not alone.
In fact, a recent survey by Readly found that when looking for advice on dating and relationships, 23 per cent of people look to books and magazine articles, while 36 per cent of people talk to friends and family and 19 per cent of people look to social media.
