Love Island stars Zara Lackenby-Brown and Cynthia Otseh-Taiwo 'saved a man's life' on their night out in London.
The friends were walking through the streets of the capital at night when they spotted a man in need of help.
Zara and Cynthia explained they spotted the man, who was dressed in a suit and wearing a backpack, passed out on the floor.
They were both surprised no-one else was paying attention to the man, who started "choking on his sick".
The Love Islanders decided to intervene and shared their experience in the hopes of encouraging others to do the same.
"I feel like we just saved a life. So me and Cynthia were on Camden High Street and there was a man in a suit passed out," Zara explained.
"I didn't even notice him at first but Cynthia clocked him and said, 'No Zara there's something not right there'."
She added: "We double took, everyone walked past everyone was ignoring him. He starts throwing up and choking on his own sick and I was like no I need to call an ambulance.
"But it was like no one cared? It was really weird."
Cynthia explained they were told the ambulance would take up to an hour, then added: "Listen the way I turned around and an ambulance was coming."
Zara laughed and said: "Cynthia jumped in the middle of the road and was like you are helping right now."
The ambulance service told told them that they had done the right thing.
They ended the video by saying: "That man is now being seen to and getting medical assistance but he could have easily choked on his sick and died."
Zara entered the last season of Love Island on day three as a bombshell and made a beeline for Tom Clare. However, she was quickly dumped from the villa when Tom made a play for Ellie Spencer instead.
Cynthia appeared close with Casey O'Gorman in the villa, but he then chose not to couple-up with her.
Since leaving the South African villa, Zara revealed her DMs on social media are "full of famous guys".
The Londoner began dating co-star Jordan Odofin after both of their times in the villa had come to an end, although the pair never actually met whilst filming in South Africa.
The couple's romance was short lived, with the pair confirming that the relationship is nothing more than a "friendship" in separate statements.
Fans speculated that the relationship may have been "fake" and a ploy to grab attention, which both Zara and Jordan have denied.
