Love Island stars were stunned to silence after Molly was dumped from the villa on Friday night.
Reality star icon Kady McDermott made her return to the dating competition on tonight's episode, sending shockwaves around the villa.
The boys took an interest in the feisty star and the girls, including Ella and Molly, started feeling threatened when their men were pulled for chats.
Kady, who first appeared in season two of the show, was barely in the villa for 24 hours when the stars were told to gather around the fire pit.
As the 27-year-old didn't have time to get to know the boys, she went off "initial attraction" as she chose a contestant to couple up with.
She ended up choosing Zachariah, splitting him up from Molly.
However, the drama didn't end there as Molly received a text.
She was told that, as she became newly single, she was dumped from the villa.
The stars were gobsmacked by the information as their jaws dropped to the floor.
"I'm so sorry," a guilty-looking Kady said as the stars took in the shocking news.
In a classic Love Island move, the episode swiftly ended.
Viewers were equal parts stunned and impressed with the plot twist and rushed to social media to discuss the drama.
"Can't lie the producers might have done something with that twist," one user said while another posted: "Omg that was brutal! I’m loving this series."
One person joked it was 'cruel', writing: "Nah that was evil, sis was already sad her man was taken away from her? But to dump her from the island? Hitting her with that malin season 2 finisher ? Cruel."
"Love Island is back in RARE FORM this season," another impressed fan said.
Many fans are convinced that Molly wasn't actually dumped from the villa and will return in later episodes.
"That girl isn’t going home lol. I’m still gagged though," one said.
