Love Island's Zachariah Noble didn't always look as toned and muscular as he does now, with many fans being blown away by recent before and after weight loss selfies. The Islander arrived on the popular ITV2 dating show last week as a surprise bombshell.
The basketball player left many of the girls in awe as the South-East London hunk made his entrance. And it would seem that the 25-year-old's confidence and good looks helped him nab a spot on the TV programme, becoming one of the most sought-after lads in the villa.
But prior to his stint on the show, the personal trainer looked very different. Taking to Instagram, Zach uploaded snaps taken from a while back before finding his passion for exercise and personal training.
In one recent throwback picture, the Islander looked unrecognisable with much longer hair, a beard and a less defined belly. Captioning the post, Zach wrote: "Still got a hell of a way to go, but it’s never been about the end goal. The journey is what matters. #training #changing #gym #journey."
In a separate throwback selfie that he uploaded in October last year, the 25-year-old shared a side-by-side collage of how he used to look at the start of his fitness journey and how far he's come. The more recent mirror selfie shows Zach with much more visible abs and muscly arms, as reported by the Mirror.
"To the boy that started this journey, 'you’ve done well bro.' And to the man that’s gonna finish it, 'the works only just begging'. Let’s work," he said at the time.
Zach made headlines last week after fans of the TV show found out he has a famous sister - Snoochie Shy. Otherwise known as Cheyenne Davide, the radio presenter paid tribute to her brother on social media.
"WELL HERE WE GO. MY BABY BRO IS IN THE LOVE ISLAND VILLA !!! GO ZAC #loveisland," she posted at the time. On Sunday night, a number of viewers headed online to call for Zach to be booted out of the villa.
It came after his treatment of Catherine when he kissed Molly - but refused to apologise to the Irish beauty.
Love Island continues tonight at 9PM on ITV2 and ITVX.
