Love Island had to halt filming on the very first day as an Islander needed medical attention.
According to reports, paramedics "rushed to the villa" to offer medical attention to an Islander after they felt unwell.
Catherine Agbaje was said to have been seen by paramedics after having a funny turn during filming for the new series this week.
The show launched on Monday night, and according to reports the first day saw Catherine needing to be seen by the villa's medical team.
It's claimed she "started to feel ill" and stopped filming with her co-stars, with filming postponed until Catherine was ready to continue.
The ill health was put down to "heat, nerves and not eating enough", while a source claimed the contestant's welfare "was the priority", hence filming being halted temporarily.
A source told The Mirror: "Catherine was seen instantly by one of the 24 hour medics which resulted in a short pause in filming, once the medic was happy with her temperature she was fine to continue with the rest of filming."
A second source told The Sun: "The heat, nerves and not eating enough was the cause of her turn and she returned to filming not long after.
“Either that or the shock of being paired with Andre Furtado was a little too much to handle.”
It comes after the Islanders were caught up in the first big twist of the series on Monday night. Bombshell Zachariah Noble made his dramatic debut at the end of the launch episode, as the new Islanders got to know each other.
He wasn't the only one entering the villa though, as host Maya Jama returned to the famous location just hours after being there to introduce the new girls and boys.
This time, she had a shock up her sleeve as she confirmed a huge twist was about to unfold.
Just as the Islanders were having a few drinks and getting up close and personal with some ice breaker games, Maya walked in to interrupt the party.
Zachariah strutted into the famous villa garden in front of the stunned Islanders, many of whom were left gasping.
Despite bombshells entering on the first night in every series, some of them clearly did not get the memo and it was clear the boys were feeling threatened.
But moments earlier, Maya dared the girls to make a big decision and potentially ditch their current partners.
She asked the girls to step forward if they were unsure about their current boy, leading to Ruchee Gurung and Jess Harding stepping forward.
It's then that Maya confessed things could change as bombshell Zachariah entered, and he was told in 24 hours he would steal a girl.
Love Island airs all this week at 9PM on ITV2 and ITVX.
