New Love Island star Luca Bish said he’d give up his highly sought after spot in the villa for a chance to date Maura Higgins.
The Longford native, 31, became a Love Island legend during her time on the show in 2019, and has since gone on to become one of the biggest stars in modelling and TV.
And newcomer Luca, 23, admitted he’d pack in his chance to enter the famous villa if he got the chance to take her out instead.

“If she likes a younger boy, I’ll sack this off right now,” he told MailOnline.
“Everything about her – the face, the fieriness, the Irish accent. She’s got it all.”
The fishmonger also said that he is going on the show with a 'whatever happens, happens' attitude when he enters the villa - insisting he has no desires just to become famous.
“I don't really care about being famous. If I end up back in the fish market tomorrow, I was happy then and I'll be happy after.
“I'm not really too fussed, but whatever happens, happens. And if I end up back at the fish market selling fish with my dad, then I end up there.'
The Brighton native added that he is going with the same attitude when it comes to having sex in the villa.
He explained: “I would say no before going in there. But if I got towards the end, ten weeks without having any attention would be rare.
“I would say ten weeks is the longest I have gone without sex for a while, certainly since I was 16.”
Love Island begins on Virgin Media Two at 9pm on Monday, June 6.
