Love Island star Coco Lodge shared a few tips for the new contestants ahead of the new Winter series.
The show is returning to ITV2 on Monday evening with a new batch of sexy singles looking for love.
Coco, who appeared in the last series of the show, took to her TikTok page to share tips about living in the villa from fake friends to boring poo trips.
She said: "Hey guys, believe it or not, Love Island is back on our screens in just a week. What the f***, It's only just stopped. I have only just come out of that villa, it feels like. So here's some advice, if you know anyone who is on the show, or you're just interested in some advice I would give to Islanders.
"Number one, don't let them suck your t***y before you commit. So don't do that, don't be silly, keep it in your bra."
She added: "Number two, when you want to go for a poo in there, it's really hard. I actually had to ask for a laxative from the medic team.
"But a trick is, and what we used to do in the villa, I think it was invented by Ekin-Su or Paige, is to take a beauty product, like a hairspray can, into the toilet so you have something to read whilst you poo."
Coco added: "Number three, and it sounds harsh but no one is your friend. You all kind of low-key hate each other because it's a game. So just remember no one is your friend, no one can be trusted and you just have to have your own back.
"So if there is someone you want to go for, but one of your friends is the one interested in them, ... they are not really your friend. You need to do what you need to do for your post-career and maybe your love life, but let's be honest, none of you are in there for love."
For tip number four, Coco told contestants to 'cause drama' as producers would keep them in for 'good tv'.
"And also, its good for us, because sometimes watching is ... boring, and you might be hated for the drama, like I was, but it's actually more interesting," she said.
"And when you get out, people finally realise you actually make good TV and the other people didn't. So make drama."
Finally, she said: "Number five, just to let you know when you get out, you better hold onto your men in there, because if you get out single, it ruins your love life.
"I genuinely didn't do anything or see anyone for five/ six months when I first came out. Not until the other day did I go on a date for the first time.
"So, just make sure you're aware that it will ruin your love life. It will. So make sure you get in a lot of fun before you get in a lot of fun before you go in, or hold onto your man really tight because it really screws your life over, as in your love life."
