Love Island couple Ekin-Su CuÌlcuÌloglu and Davide Sanclimenti are in their rocky patch on the show.
A teaser for Monday’s eipsode shows the pair come to blows again in a heated argument as they brace the topic of trust, or lack of, in their relationship.
Ekin-Su and Davide, 27, already entered this week on touchy ground after attending Movie Night in the villa.
Clips were played to the Islanders exposing their Casa Amor antics - leaving the couple annoyed with each other as they got a glimpse of what they had been up to.
While Davide was caught kissing the new bombshells, Ekin-Su was seen in bed with departed contestant George Tasker.
However, she has since insisted nothing steamy happened between them.
This hasn’t helped the trust issues between the couple.

Seeing the pair begin their conversation outside, Paige Thorne, 24, says: “Oh gosh... I hope this goes well.”
“Do you understand my point of view?” Ekin-Su asks Davide as they sit down in Monday’s episode.
He replies: “I understand your point of view.”
Ekin-Su then asks: “How do you think I feel when my partner doesn’t believe me?”
“Well, it’s not 100 fully and only my fault,” Davide insists, getting frustrated.
This leads Ekin-Su to respond with: “If there’s no trust, there’s no relationship.”
The next day the Islanders are treated to a game of Snog, Marry, Pie in which they must choose which out of the boys deserves one of these actions.
Appearing excited in the Beach Hut, Ekin-Su says: “Perfect time, because I know exactly who I’d marry, I know exactly who I could snog, I know exactly who I can bloody pie.”
Often Davide has admitted in the villa that he does not trust Ekin-Su after she first rejected him for exited bombshell Jay Younger.
The Italian contestant spoke about his feelings towards Ekin-Su’s behaviour days ago.
He said: “I see how she acts when a guy above the average enters the Villa every time. Sometimes the way she acts to the boys I don’t like.”
He added: “Because of the past I don’t know if I’ll ever fully trust her.”
Will Davide and Ekin-Su be able to get over their trust issues and repair their relationship?
