Love Island's Tanya and Shaq look at risk of splitting up after rowing over the washing up.
Yesterday, an argument broke up in the villa as Shaq criticised Ron for not helping out with the washing up following their dinner date, even when asked to. Tanya admitted she wasn't impressed with Shaq's behaviour and planned to talk to him about it.
Things continued the following day, with Ron and Shaq deciding to talk it out following the disagreement.
In the morning, Shaq called Ron for a chat, as he admitted they felt they had "grown further apart".
"I just wanted to speak to you on a one-to-one basis, at the start me and you were very close and very tight and as time has gone on we’ve grown further apart," Shaq said, before adding: "It stems from how much I care about Lana, I do care about you as well and I don’t want there to be any friction between me and you."
Ron said he felt things had escalated because Shaq seemed to back Casey.
"Aside from the Lana situation, I feel like the reason we’ve drifted apart was the Casey situation. I felt like you thought he was more important and you’d only known him for a couple of days," he said.
Later, Tanya branded Shaq rude for his comments to Ron, as they chatted with Lana about what happened.
"It was rude, he’s a grown man, he heard you the first time," she told him of the events from the previous night, before Lana chimed in and added: "It didn’t sit right and I felt like it wasn’t about the kitchen."
As she heads out with the girls, Tanya admitted Shaq is giving her the ick, whilst back in the villa later that evening, Shaq and Tanya finally have a chance to sit down and talk about things one and one.
"I wanted to speak to you about when you and Lana spoke to me, with that situation, I’ll be honest, I really didn’t like it. It felt like I was being told off," Shaq said as Tanya replied: "Babe, no-one is coming to you like a child, I don’t know why you’re taking it like that."
Shaq then went on to say: "The way it was handled, I don’t like it and I don’t expect you of all people to put me in that situation, as Tanya replied: "I understand, but for that specific situation that’s how I would have handled it and if I had to go back I'd do it the same."
But what does this mean for the couple - and is there relationship beyond repair?
