Love Island's Ron Hall appears shocked in a first look at the episode set to air on Monday, January 23 as Lana Jenkins tells him who her famous ex-boyfriend is. Despite not currently being coupled up, Ron and Lana, both 25, have shared a spark since the 2023 series started and have been getting closer in recent days.
The original Islanders were paired up on day one before Tanyel Revan chose to couple up with Ron in the latest recoupling, leaving Lana in tears. Lana is currently coupled up with Will Young, although the pair are just friends. You can read all about the new couples here.
In scenes set to air tonight, the contestants gather around the fire pit for a game of Never Have I Ever, where the question "Never have I ever dated or got with a celebrity?" is played.

Lana, Olivia and Zara all sip their drinks as Olivia is first to explain: "I've dated someone in the athletic field." Lana then admits: "My most recent ex-boyfriend is an actor". Before Zara then says: "I've gotten with an athlete before, a famous athlete, very famous."
After the game, Ron is keen to know which celebrity Lana has dated as he asks her: "The actor, who was that?" Lana replies: "It's my ex-boyfriend… he's called Owen Warner."
Laughing Ron says: "So basically I’m competing with someone who's just come runner-up on a massive show and who's an actor and I work in finance, yeah, erm, sick. This is great." In the Beach, Hut Ron says: "That was a shock, I don't really know what to think about it..."
Reality television fans will recognise Owen from I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! 2022 which saw the actor come in second place. He just missed out on being crowned King of the Jungle to Lioness Scott in last year's series.
He is mainly known, however, for playing Romeo Nightingale in the Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks. It's thought Lana and Owen had a brief romance in 2020 after his very public split from fellow Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davies.
At the time, Lana confirmed their romance by sharing a now-deleted loved-up post of them together in June 2020. You can read more on this here.
