Olivia Attwood said she had to be "rescued" from the toilet floor after being struck down by a mystery illness.
The former Love Island star, 31, took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday to issue a health update as she revealed one of her neighbours found her and took her to see a doctor.
Sharing a picture of herself cuddled up to her beloved dog Stitch and another snap from the doctors, Olivia wrote: "What a week. Anyone else been whiped [sic] out by one of these sickness bugs?
"Thank god for my lovely neighbour who rescued me from the toilet floor and took me to the doctors."
She then shared another pictures of her puppy, explaining: "Brads been away. Perfect timing. So just been me and the gals and a whole lot of [vomit emoji].
"Stitch not left my side. Lolly on the other hand has kept her distance. Street dog instincts, only the strong survive."
Olivia's health update comes just days after she teased a return to Love Island, after rising to fame on the ITV dating show back in 2017.
During a fan Q&A on social media, the reality star was asked: "If you weren't with Bradley, would you ever go back into Love Island as a bombshell?"
She replied: "Maybe not a bombshell. I'm a day 1 kinda gal [wink face].
"But I would deffo do it again."
Olivia was a firm fan favourite during season three of Love Island and starred alongside the likes of Amber Davies and Marcel Somerville.
The star became well-known for being vocal about her opinions and often got into arguments with her fellow islanders.
However, she won over fans with her funny personality and finished in third place with Chris Hughes.
The pair went on to date for around six months after the show ended, before splitting in February 2018.
Opening up about her split with Chris, Olivia described their relationship as "toxic" and admitted that they argued a lot.
Olivia then rekindled her relationship with her now-fiancé Bradley, who she had dated before appearing on Love Island. The pair are set to marry later this year.
