Love Island viewers were in for some intense scenes on Thursday night, as the main villa and Casa Amor collided.
Viewers finally learned who the boys and girls had picked in the 'stick or twist' proceedings - and there were a few surprises along the way.
As Laura Whitmore gathered the villa boys and the bombshell girls around the fire pit, it was up to them to decide whether to stick with their current partners, who were over in Casa Amor, or couple up with a bombshell.
Equally, it was then up to each girl to return to the main villa with a new boy, or stick with their current partner.
As one by one each boy made their choice, each girl then returned to the villa to reveal what they had decided - and to react to the decisions of their partners.
First up was Jay Younger, who was paired up with Danica Taylor but as a friendship - so he decided to bring new girl Chyna Mills into the villa.
As Danica returned she too had recoupled, and brought new boy Josh Samuel Le Grove with her.
The recouplings didn't stop there though, with Dami Hope choosing new girl Summer Botwe over Indiyah Polack.
But Indiyah didn't return alone, as she was joined by Casa Amor bombshell Deji Adeniyi.
Another split saw Andrew Le Page decide to go with new girl Coco Lodge, and his words left some of his co-stars very unimpressed.
Tasha Ghouri returned to see Andrew had recoupled, but so had she as she brought in new boy Billy Brown.
One couple who stuck together but are set for huge drama are Jacques O'Neill and Paige Thorne - following his antics with Cheyanne Kerr.
She outed his antics with her, leaving Paige distraught - but will she end their romance?
Two others couples did survive Casa Amor, as Luca Bish and Gemma Owen stayed loyal to each other.
Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti also stuck together, but they could have moments from Casa Amor that might return to haunt them.
New girl Mollie Salmon outed Davide for kissing her, and Ekin-Su was outraged - but they seemed to get back on track.
So for now three couples have stuck, but there's bound to be drama ahead - while six bombshells were dumped, after not getting picked.
Jack, George, Samuel, Jazmine, Mollie and Cheyanne were all dumped then and there on the spot.
It came after it was revealed that the latest episode of Love Island would be a little longer than usual to capture all the drama, as viewers prepared for 'one of the best episodes' ever filmed.
Fans of the ITV2 show learned they would be treated to an extra five minutes of footage, following the sensational fallout from Casa Amor and a dramatic recoupling.
A source close to the show told The Sun: "It's one of the best episodes of Love Island ever filmed. It's really explosive - viewers will be shocked at how much drama kicks off tonight.
"There are tears, rows, heartbreak. In eight series, there has never been a more explosive show. Fans should cancel plans to stay in and watch - it's that good."
Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
