Molly Marsh is rumoured to be heading back to Love Island, less than a week after being brutally axed from the show, to play a part in this year's Casa Amor twist. And fuel has been added to the fire by the 21-year-old boarding a flight to the Balearic Islands on Wednesday, saying she was going for "an exciting project."
One of the most talked about contestants on the new series of the ITV2 show, things had been going rather well for Molly in the Mallorcan villa, having been coupled up with Zach Noble from the second day, with him 'stealing' her as part of his role as the first bombshell of summer 2023.
While some of the other girls in the villa had a few choice words to say about Molly behind her back and Mitch Taylor went from being her biggest supporter to turning on her, things were going from strength to strength for Molly and Zach. That was until season two star Kady McDermott made her own bombshell return to Love Island and, just like Zach, was ordered by producers to choose a boy to take from one of the other girls after less than 24 hours.
She went for Zach, telling her fellow Islanders he was the one 'who caught her eye' straight away and Kady's decision led to one of the most savage dumpings in Love Island history, as Molly received a text informing her she'd have to leave immediately. The villa and viewers at home were rocked by the turn of event, but straight away there were predictions from fans on Twitter that Molly's Love Island journey wouldn't be over and she'd be back at some point.
Well, her return might come sooner than expected, as sources are claiming that Casa Amor will open its doors for another year of drama, in just a few days time and Molly will be part of the chaos. Discussing this year's biggest twist yet, a source said: "It's going to be the most shocking twist yet because the cast have no idea it's coming - filming starts tomorrow and it'll be on screen this weekend."
Reacting to the speculation online, one fan tweeted: "really hope Molly is brought back in to Casa Amor. Just sit back and watch the fireworks. Brilliant!!!!" Equally excited about the prospect of a Molly comeback, a second reacted: "At this point I do not see 1 secure couple in the whole Villa, hopefully Molly returns in Casa Amor and reunites with Zach,
