Luca Bish has been trying to spread some Easter cheer at Great Ormond Street Hospital as he delivered chocolate eggs for the young patients.
The former Love Island star was spotted in the hospital's café, with his sister Claudia Bish taking to her Instagram Story to explain her brother's visit.
In a Q&A, one fan asked: "Why was Luca at Great Ormond street yesterday I saw him in the café."
Claudia replied: "He went to drop easter eggs off for all the poorly children. Honestly makes me cry."
Luca's charitable donation comes after the 23-year-old recently opened up about how he has "become a better person" since leaving the Love Island villa.
Luca had a tough time on the ITV show as he was criticised during his relationship with his former girlfriend Gemma Owen.
The former fishmonger now admits he finds part of the series difficult to watch back.
"I see it as a lesson," he said. "I've learned a lot about myself when watching it back, some I like, some I don't like. You go from there and you become a better person."
Luca placed as a runner-up on Love Island alongside Gemma, but the pair decided to part ways after just three months.
"Before another relationship, I want to make sure I'm happy with my life and that I don't need someone else to make me happy, Luca told Closer magazine.
The pair had recently been surrounded by speculation that their romance is back on following a video Gemma uploaded to TikTok.
In the clip, she lip-synced: "I like this man so much, now he got me working on my attitude. What?!"
However, responding to a fan who said they were back together, the dressage rider shot down the rumours, replying: "Sorry... this is not true!"
Gemma came under fire for her response, with one fan sharing it on Instagram, writing: "Not Gem turning into Ekin replying to rumours... She didn't even do that for Bugzy until she was interviewed... That's so obvious O'm sorry she shouldn't of done that, that's not something a gem would do, unless she didn’t wanna speak about it and lie. Love the 'sorry' as well."
