Love Island beauty Lillie Haynes has opened up for the first time since going under the knife for a nose job.
The 23-year-old reality star is thrilled to have tackled her insecurities with her 'wonky nose' which she said first emerged when she was in her teens.
And after undergoing the op last month at Pall Mall cosmetics in Manchester she's finally able to lift the bandages off to share her new altered feature.
Sharing her new look exclusively with The Sun, she says: "I finally feel pretty. I'm over the moon with the results!"
"When I first saw the results, I cried, I was so happy,"
"My mam was with me and she cried too. She said to the surgeon, 'Thank you for making my little girl so happy'.
"It's exceeded all my expectations."
Lillie first set upon her surgeon Dr Ravaghan at Pall Mall after a consultation in December and felt instantly comfortable and confident to book in for the procedure.
The reality star - who was inspired for her new nose by American singer-songwriter Madison Beer - opted for an open septorhinoplasty which she underwent on February 16th.
And after a successful surgery, Lillie was bandaged up but admitted she looked like 'a horror scene' with 'bruising all over her face."
Lillie is yet to share her new nose on social media but shots of her bandaged face were captured as she left the treatment facility.
She explained: "The surgeon took pictures on the surgery table before it got swollen so I could see it," she explains. "
"A nose takes a year to fully heal so in a year's time I will see my final nose, but I was so relived when I saw the pictures he had taken."
"It was very overwhelming," Lillie remembers. "Seeing it in the flesh without the bandages off was so special and I was in tears.
"It was still really swollen but I was still really happy even though it was so swollen. My biggest fear was that I wouldn't look like me anymore, but I still looked like me, just with a better nose.
"I've always been a confident, outgoing girl but with my old nose I always felt like I was a little bit surpressed. Now I feel like the outside of me matches the inside."
The happily single star says she's not looking to go under the knife again saying ''boobs go in and out of fashion' and simply hopes her new nose will give her confidence to find her man.
