Viewers couldn't contain their frustration on tonight's episode of Love Island when Italian stallion Davide Sanclimenti revealed he still had trust issues when it came to 27-year-old actress Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, who he's been coupled up with since she returned from Casa Amor alone last week.
Ekin-Su and Davide were initially coupled up in the first few weeks of the show, but split after the actress coupled up with Jay, whom she shared a kiss with secretly on the villa's terrace when she was still with the Italian bombshell.
It comes the morning after Jacques O'Neill made a shock exit from the villa - the second person to do so this series.
Sitting on the day bed with Coco Lodge and Dami Hope, Davide asked the new Islander what she thought of Ekin-Su.

Coco said: "I think that, coming into the villa, I wasn't sure. Being here, I think she's genuine."
"I think for me as well," Dami chimes in. "Even though she's Ekin-Su, I think she's being genuine with you. If a girl came in here now, we'd all get excited."
Davide continues: "I see how she acts when a guy above the average enters the villa. Everytime. Sometimes it's just... the way she acts with boys, I don't like." In response to this, Coco asks if Davide will ever trust her again? To which, he says: "Because of the past, I don't know if I will ever fully trust her."
Speaking in the diary room, Davide opens up to the viewers at home, saying: "I don't know with Ekin-Su, when she's alone with Adam, she acts in a totally different way. I don't know if she's kind of wants to flirt or not. So this is something that I need to find out, because I need to find out if she's genuine or if she's still the Ekin-Su of the beginning."
Soon after, Coco is seen telling Ekin-Su that Davide has concerns with her and that "in his head, he's overthinking. Obviously hes got trust issues from Jay and stuff, but that was at the very beginning so it's a bit like time builds something stronger."
Pulling new boy Adam, who has previously appeared on the reality romance show in series 4, for a chat to discuss his conversation with Ekin-Su when he first entered the Love Island villa a few days prior, Davide says: "Out of curiosity, man to man, what did you feel from Ekin-Su? How was she behaving? Because, naturally, I was not here and I don't want to listen to other people's opinions," said Davide.
Adam replied: "I'll be honest, she was respectful. She was. I think that I didn't get a 100% of a no... She was just... beating around the bush a little bit. I think she didn't want to say 100% no, but she didn't want to say 100% yes, as well. So, that's kind of the best way I would describe it."
While talking to the boys getting ready for the evening ahead, Davide is seen saying: "She honestly the fakest person I've ever met. I need to get rid of this heavy weight."
But during the evening, Davide and Ekin-Su's hot-headed natures seem to have resurfaced when they confronted each other with how the other is feeling.
Sitting down by the firepit, Davide said to Ekin: "Today, you probably saw us speaking there and instead of standing up and coming to speak to me, you stood up and went to speak to him. Either couple up with me or you couple up with him."
Ekin replied, saying she could say exactly the same thing about him. His excuse for not doing so was that he wanted to "observe" how she was acting with Adam - to which Ekin-Su tells Davide he is overthinking.
Davide, getting more annoyed, explains: "It's not me overthinking. Don't tell me that I was overthinking. Because I maybe overthink a bit but you are a very good player, Ekin-Su."
Ekin says in response: "You think I'm a player? I didn't f*ck up in Casa Amor, I'm all into you... If I wanted to get to know Adam, I would."
She adds: "I don't give a f**k about Adam." To that, Davide tells Ekin-Su he's tired to be with her and finishes their dispute with "Fake as a Louis Vuitton from China."
Viewers were quick comment on the couple's relationship, with @Tomytherapist1 writing on Twitter: "How is Davide still hung up on what Ekin-Su did oh my goddddddddd #LoveIsland"

@ZarakiBris also wrote: "I don’t blame Davide for not trusting Ekin-Su, she gets excited by every man she sees. #LoveIsland" While Twitter user @temi57093481 said: "No but Davide has no right to be angry because he did the exact same thing he went to talk first and don’t go to Ekin #loveisland if you don’t trust her don’t be w[ith] her simple".
