Love Island viewers couldn't help but gasp during Wednesday night's episode, as voiceover Iain Stirling made a joke about Andrew Le Page.
The narrator of the show took aim at Tasha Ghouri's partner, as he referenced his awkward shenanigans during Casa Amor.
The baby challenge hit the villa in the latest episode, as each couple was tasked with caring for a doll as if it was their own child.
But as Andrew and Tasha appeared on screen with their pretend baby son Leo, Iain couldn't help but crack a joke at Andrew's expense - and fans could not believe it.
Iain said: "The good news is there’s always one boob free for baby Leo because as we know, Andrew only needs the one."
Of course he was referring to the moment in Casa Amor when Andrew ditched Tasha for bombshell Coco Lodge, and things got steamy.
As well as a smooch here and there, it later emerged Andrew had licked Coco's boob as they got intimate in the bedroom.
The discovery tore the villa apart as Coco revealed all to Tasha and the group, with Andrew forced to admit what went on.
Weeks on and the couple are back together and have put it all behind them.
That didn't stop Iain making a joke about it all, leaving viewers very amused on Twitter.
One fan commented: "Looooll Ian is shady for that boob comment towards Andrew."
Another agreed: "Nah that joke about needing one boob actually tickled me. Well done Ian."
A third fan said: "The boob comment yep i gasped," as a fourth tweeted: "Omg Iain Stirling with the spare boob/Andrew jokes I can’t cope."
The comments kept coming too, with one reading: "SCREAMING AT IAIN STIRLING AND HIS ANDREW BOOB JOKES," as another said: "NOT IAIN WITH THE BOOB JOKE."
It comes as Love Island aired another brutal dumping on Wednesday night, as a couple were kicked out of the villa with barely any warning.
After Tuesday night's episode saw the group gathered at the fire pit, they learned three couples, six Islanders, were at risk of being dumped then and there.
Two people left that night, while the results were not shown until Wednesday's episode of the ITV2 dating series.
As the episode began, Adam Collard and Paige Thorne, Danica Taylor and Jamie Allen and Indiyah Polack and Dami Hope all learned they were at risk.
On Wednesday night, a text message detailed which couple would be booted out of the villa immediately, and the Islanders were left reeling.
The result announced that Danica and Jamie were the unlucky couple, and would be leaving the show straight away.
As the result came in, there was shock amongst the other Islanders, and emotions were running high.
It was then time for the remaining couples to say their goodbyes, as they immediately ran over to hug Danica and Jamie seconds after the result.
Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
