Love Island reject Hugo Hammond has shown off his recent body transformation on social media after just a month of cutting out booze and making "good food choices".
The PE teacher, 25, appeared on the latest series of the ITV2 reality show, that aired last summer - which was won by Millie Court, 25, and Liam Reardon, 22.
And like many people, the reality star - who was dumped from the villa five weeks in - recently took on the challenge of working on himself at the start of the new year.
