Love Island's Gemma Owen releases dupe of her £20,000 necklace that she always wears

Love Island star Gemma Owen has released a dupe for her iconic Tiffany choker.

The 19-year-old was always seen with the gold chain around her neck while in the ITV2 villa of love, where she met boyfriend Luca Bish. People were eager to find the necklace for themselves, until they discovered the price tag that came with it.

TikTok detectives found that her jewellery cost an estimated £20,000. With that many people were on the lookout for cheaper versions - and now there is one, from Gemma herself.

The necklace, which was a gift from her dad, former football player Michael Owen, is a vintage Tiffany & Co x Schlumberger piece, designed in the 1980s and set with brilliant diamonds alternating with golden Xs to create the statement design. While the necklace itself might be near-impossible to source, the matching sixteen stone ring is still available to buy from Tiffany & Co.

Gemma has now collaborated with British jewellery brand, Abbott Lyon, to make replicating her iconic look more affordable. You now also have the chance to personalise the jewellery to your taste by replacing some of the x's with different letters.

You can buy the duped choker for £99. There is also a bracelet to match which comes in at £95, which means it is just under £200 for the set.

Gemma said it was a "dream" to "bring her vision to life". Speaking about the collection she said: "Designing a collection with Abbott Lyon has been a dream from start to finish. I’ve been totally involved every step of the way and I knew Abbott Lyon was the only brand I could trust to bring my vision to life."
