Ekin-Su CülcüloÄlu has admitted that her relationship with Davide Sanclimenti can be hard work as they attempt to juggle their increasing work commitments.

The 28-year-old reality TV star met her boyfriend, 27, while competing on Love Island over the summer and they are still going strong two months after being crowned winners of the 2022 series.
