Love Island's Dami responds to fans saying he was 'angry' during reunion and reveals why

Irish Love Island contestant Dami insists he wasn't "angry" during the Love Island reunion but was simply exhausted.

Viewers of the reunion show on Sunday night took to social media to ask if the Love Islander was ok as he appeared straight faced and quiet.

But Dami himself took to Twitter and said "Pls pls I was happy just legit no energy, exhausted after carrying the show for 2 months."

He later joked after being asked why he was so angry: "I finished catching up on what the world was saying."

In the show host Laura Whitmore asked all of the finalist couples how they were doing and Dami looked rather fed up as he said he was feeling "tired".

Later on in the Reunion, Laura spoke to Dami and Indiyah about life since leaving the villa and she asked them if they were still waking up in bed together.

"So you're still next to each other when you wake up?" Laura said, as Indiyah quickly replied: "Yeah, of course."

Dami then said bluntly: "Well, where else would we be?" to which Laura responded: "Okay just checking, just checking!"

Some viewers defended Dami's response, with one person tweeting: "YESS DAMI!! because why would Laura ask that?#loveIsland."

Another said: "And the dumbest question of the night was... Would one be floating above the other? I appreciate Indiyah trying to keep it cute, but Dami was all of us. #LoveIsland #LoveIslandthereunion #Damiyah."
