Dami Hope has confirmed that a clash was cut from the final edit of the Love Island reunion, as many fans claim they were disappointed by the lack of drama on Sunday night's show.
The reunion is known for stirring up plenty of awkward moments and a few squabbles but, while the 2022 edition saw insults traded between Summer Botwe and Coco Lodge, Dami has told fans that things went a lot further than producers would have viewers believe.
The two Casa Amor bombshells, who made it into the main villa after being chosen by Dami and Andrew respectively, sat next to fellow contestants Josh Le Grove and Billy Brown to be questioned by Aftersun regular and self-confessed Love Island super fan Darren Herriott, when things took a turn.

Darren asked Billy who from the show had been with each other since leaving and, as he skirted around the subject, Summer interrupted: "I know someone who wishes they would have got with someone, but we move...," to which Coco fired back: "It's just banter. If you can't handle a big personality, don't go on reality TV, it's banter!"
Summer fired back: "Friends don't say certain things hun, but alright," before threatening to spill the beans as Darren moved things along.
However, after speculation online that things escalated further between the two and tweets from people who were there as the reunion was filmed suggesting the same thing,, Dami has revealed that there was a lot that wasn't shown.
Dami himself tweeted: "Are we going to get the coco summer beef now?" A fan replied: "I'm assuming they didn't show at all?" to which Dami responded: "Nah, that was mid compared to what happened." He then added: "I’m sure coco will tell you guys somehow."
Dami's remarks backed up claims made by a fan who said they were at the reunion and posted: "Just been at the #LoveIsland reunion episode filming, very heated exchange between coco and summer production had to step in and close it down."
Dami's followers pleaded with him to reveal more, just as Love Island host Laura Whitmore came under fire for not explaining why Jacques O'Neill wasn't there and not even mentioning him when speaking to Paige and Adam.
