Love Island's Coco Lodge leaves fans gobsmacked with exit 'lie' as she gets boot from villa

Coco Lodge had viewers at home gobsmacked with a far from accurate remark she made about 'not causing much drama,' moments before she left the Love Island villa.

After Thursday's episode of the ITV dating show ended on a real cliff-hanger, after the results of the latest public vote were dropped on the Islanders, the identity of the two contestants getting the boot was revealed. Coco, Summer and Tasha were the girls left in jeopardy after fans had had their say, with Josh, Deji and Andrew the boys in danger of going home.

In the end it was to be Coco and Josh who got their marching orders from Love Island, after receiving the lowest number of votes and, as she packed her thighs ready to walk out, Coco said something that had people watching at home shaking their heads in disbelief.

She caused some serious tension in the villa after Tasha arrived back from Casa Amor to see her with Andrew, quickly learning that they'd got very close while she was away. Coco then told the other new boys and girls that she and Andrew had done more than anyone thought, dropping the bomb that he'd licked her nipple.

After finding out from Coco that she'd spilled their secret, Andrew then had to have a very awkward conversation with Tasha to come clean about the intimate encounter, having previously told her nothing much had happened. This left Tasha both angry and upset as she branded a liar.

But, it appeared Coco had forgotten all about that controversy as she got ready to say goodbye. After thanking the rest of the girls for 'being so welcoming,' she added: "There was no.....not much drama."

Viewers could not believe the words that came out of Coco's mouth, with them rushing to Twitter in their droves to take exception to her comment. One reacted: "“NO/NOT MUCH DRAMA” - Coco you were the drama," with another tweeting: "Not much drama coco???? Have you been paying attention."

And a third quizzed: "coco “not much drama” ?? what’s your definition of too much drama ??"
