Love Island bombshell Cheyanne Kerr had a 3ml face-balancing filler package before entering the Spanish villa.
The 23-year-old was tagged in an Instagram video by Amica Aesthetics — a Leeds-based clinic which specialises in lip filler and skin treatments — showing the results of the work.
They captioned the video: "3ml package. Small amounts of filler can make a huge difference when applied correctly to give a natural but noticeable difference."
Cheyanne commented: "You're the best," with a red heart emoji.
Other people commented on the video to say she looked "absolutely stunning", with others asking what areas she had had done.
The clinic didn't reveal which parts of her face had been worked on, but Cheyanne was left with red marks by her cheeks and chin.
The lips, chin and cheeks are commenly injected at the same time to give 'face balancing' results.
Amica Aesthetics supported the air hostess during her time in the villa, posting a picture of her on social media and writing: "We are rooting for her to enter the villa."
They also shared a selfie of Cheyanne and captioned it: "SO PROUD! Did she dodge a bullet?... It's not the last we have seen of her on out screens I'm sure.
"@cheyannekerr_ well done you kept it classy & respectful."
Despite being dumped from the villa following an explosive Casa Amor, Cheyanne caused a stir on Twitter, with many users complimenting her good looks and calm demeanour.
One fan wrote: "I know Cheyanne has gone now, but can we talk about how pretty she is and how nice her hair is."
Another said: "I actually really liked Cheyanne she seemed nice."
One person tweeted: "Cheyanne’s red lip is fire tho," while another said: "Cheyanne is such a beautiful girl and she seems nice, I wish she tried to get to know someone else and not Jacques."
Cheyanne isn't the only contestant to have had work done before entering the villa, with Coco Lodge visiting Essex-based By Briony Aesthetics before the show.
The star was tagged in an Instagram post by the clinic which revealed she has previously had lip filler.
Coco originally had the filler done by a different clinic but had that dissolved at By Briony Aesthetics and re-filled for a more natural-looking pout.
