Love Island's Andrew claims to not know Cheyanne despite liking Instagram pics

Love Island viewers were baffled during Saturday's Unseen Bits show, as they saw bombshell Cheyanne Kerr drop some news on Andrew Le Page.

Cheyanne approached him and revealed they had a connection outside the villa, which she said was "awkward".

She then detailed that they both followed each other on Instagram, and had both spent time living in Dubai.

Andrew acted completely oblivious to this link and acted as if he didn't know Cheyanne, but some fans were not convinced.

Cheyanne said: "This is so awkward. So I lived in Dubai before. So I went on your Instagram, and you follow me on Instagram."

Andrew replied: "Do I?" As Cheyanne went on: "I was like, that's so weird. I don't even think we've got like any mutuals, but I was thinking I never recognised when you followed me. We must have not like, met."

Andrew sounded confused and said: "What? That is so weird," and laughed, as Cheyanne agreed it "was weird".

But viewers knew before Cheyanne even entered the villa that they followed each other on the social media platform - and Andrew had liked some of her photos.

So the fact he claimed to have no idea who she was and that he didn't recognise her from social media left viewers calling him out.

Taking to Twitter, one fan said: "andrew pretending like he didn’t already know that he followed cheyanne."

A second fan agreed: "andrew acting as if he didn’t know he followed cheyanne on instagram when he was liking all her posts before love island."

Another added: "not andrew acting like he doesn’t recognize cheyanne from insta," as a fourth wrote: "Andrew playing it off like he didn’t know Cheyanne but likes her posts."

It comes as Cheyanne was at the centre of huge drama when she was dumped from the show during the Casa Amor recoupling.

After getting steamy with Jacques O'Neill, she was stunned when he chose to stick with Paige Thorne over her.

This led to Cheyanne dropping the news in front of all of the Islanders that she and Jacques had a "connection", and that they kissed.
